Many of us turned back the clocks this weekend, to "Fall behind" and return to standard time. We gained an hour of sleep, but it will be getting darker earlier---and it may take some of us a little while to adjust to that. I was thinking of you with the time change and wanted to address it because, from a self-care perspective, we really need to be gentle with ourselves during times of transition.
